Watch sold through Dux Watches. Contacted via the website and within half an hour received an excellent price offer from Bjorn. The next day agreed with Martijn at the watchmaker that Dux Watches works with. After an inspection of my watch and a nice conversation, we completed the deal there.

What fine, personal service at Dux Watches! On a Sunday I was able to pick up a super beautiful Breitling Chronomat Blackbird from Bjorn. Pleasant welcome with coffee and a pleasant watch conversation. This personal attention and flexibility make it a top address. Highly recommended!
Great service, friendly, knowledgeable people. We spent about an hour at their sales location, where we received extensive explanations and chatted. Clear agreements were made beforehand about the sales process.
I was looking for a specific watch (omega speedmaster Tokyo 2020 edition with green bezel), so I approached dux watches to find a nice one for me.
They are very responsive, submitted an inquiry Thursday afternoon and on Friday morning a call immediately that they found my specific watch at a neat price!
In addition, they also give a fair price on your trade-in even though it is not a popular model which does not always make selling it easy.
So all in all, I definitely recommend them and until the next purchase!

I picked up my second watch here last Sunday. I contacted them at 11:00 AM and had it in my hands by 1:00 PM. The atmosphere was relaxed and they have alot of knowledge. True enthusiasts, down-to-earth and reliable. A great business!
After extensive googling, I finally ended up at Dux Watches. Why Dux Watches? First of all, their professional website and extensive collection, but also because of all the positive reviews on various forums for watch lovers. What clearly emerged was the reliability of the two owners, Björn and Martijn, which I think is the most important thing for dealers in expensive watches.
The first contacts with Martijn via Whats App were pleasant and resulted in an appointment at the Dux office in Alkmaar. I wanted to view 4 watches ( 2x Speedmaster and 2 x IWC Fliegeruhr) and that was arranged perfectly. While enjoying a nice cup of coffee ( Jura machine) I was given all the time I needed to inspect the watches and ask all the questions that came to mind. Finally the choice fell on an unworn (new) Speedmaster, of which the steel strap was perfectly customized by Björn. After more than 2 hours everything including payment was settled and I could -very satisfied- go home with my new Speedmaster. It tasted like more and I will definitely go back to Dux Watches for my next purchase. Warmly recommended!

Beautiful Breitling purchased for competitive price. Professional reception in the office, clear explanation and time is taken. Highly recommended if you don't want to pay the main price for a nice timepiece.
Communication via app and phone was very pleasant. They make it clear what you should expect from them and they expect from you. I wanted to view multiple brands and that was no problem at all. I was able to buy a beautiful Omega in a nice office fitting the atmosphere they want to radiate! Proffesional but certainly also friendly with a cup of coffee where you find out that their knowledge is great.

Ended up at Dux Watches via Chrono24 for an unworn Omega Speedmaster. I traded in my old Omega De Ville, for which I got a good price (the strap was worn out and the watch needed servicing). It was nice to meet Martijn and Björn (relaxed, interested, good communication and professional) and I highly recommend a visit to these gentlemen if you are looking for a nice watch at a competitive price.

From the first contact, Martijn and Björn were quick, friendly and clear in their communication. The process from interest to eventually purchase was extremely pleasant and never intrusive. Been in their beautiful office this week and there too it was pleasant and there was no pressure at all. There is a lot of knowledge there though.
